Given the ever growing demand of skilled human resources in Japan, we hope to meet the demand with our "Global Strategy": The utilization of the "Miyazaki-Bangladesh Model", by recruiting IT Engineers from overseas, and through the promotion of offshore software development and the training of accompanying bridge engineers.

ABOUT GT-Miyazaki

GT宮崎について

We received our permission to begin operations on the 12th of July, 2019, from the government of Miyazaki city, Miyazaki Prefecture; and is subsequently the first company under the Acro Group to have set up a base in the Kyushu region.

We not only employ individuals from inside the Miyazaki prefecture, but also individuals who have relocated to Tokyo, and skilled foreigners (e.g. from Bangladesh).

Given that the rules of doing effective business are rewritten every time a new technology is invented, we will continue to embrace new techniques and work practices, in order to improve our technological capabilities.

Finally, in order to combat the ever growing demand for engineers in Japan, we not only look towards streamlining the daily operations of software development, but also towards global expansion.
